REFLEX & FOCUS

Privacy

Last updated 29 October 2026. Short version: your results stay in your browser; if you make an account we keep your email and access dates; we use Google Analytics to count visits, and we don't show ads or sell data.

What we store, and where

Your exercise results, settings and preferences are saved only in your own browser (local storage) on the device you use. They are not sent to us. Clearing your browser data deletes them. You can save a backup file, restore it, or delete everything from your Profile page.

Accounts

Neuro Lab works without an account. For the rest of the training you need an account. If you make one, we store on our server (our web host, Hostinger): your email address, an optional first name, your password as a one-way hash (we can't read it), when you joined and last logged in, which access codes you used and until when your free access runs. A login cookie (RFSESS) keeps you logged in; it is needed for the site to work and is not used for tracking. We use your email only for account messages (confirming your email, resetting your password, access reminders). We don't sell or share it.

You can delete your account at any time on your Profile page. That removes your email, name, password and access dates from our server straight away.

Game feedback

Each game has a short feedback box (before and after playing). If you send it, we store your answer, the game name and the time, linked to your account if you are logged in. To limit spam we also store a one-way hash of your IP address, not the address itself.

Cookies and tracking

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: how many people visit, which pages and tests they open, the country, the type of device and how they found us (for example YouTube or Google). Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_…) for this. We don't use it to identify you, we don't send your name or email to Google, and we don't use advertising cookies. If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, analytics cookies are off until you press Allow on the cookie notice; you can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser. You can also block Google Analytics everywhere with Google's opt-out browser add-on. Google's own privacy policy applies to the data it processes. We don't sell or share personal data.

Features that stay on your device

Your first-visit answers, journal entries, focus cue, crosshair design and screen-size check are saved in your browser like your results. Share images are made on your device and only leave it if you choose to share them. The feedback button opens your own email app; nothing is sent until you press send there. If you install the site as an app, your browser keeps a copy of pages you have visited so they open offline.

Server logs

Like any website, our host (Hostinger) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. We don't use these logs to identify you.

Payments (when they launch)

Payments will be handled by a specialist payment provider. We will never see or store your full card number. This page will be updated, with the provider named, before payments go live.

Children

Reflex & Focus is meant for people aged 13 and over. It is not designed for children.

Your rights

Because your results are stored on your device, you control them directly. If you live in the UK, EU or another region with data-protection rights and have a question about data we may hold (for example, an email you sent us), contact us at contact@reflexandfocus.com.

Health

Reflex & Focus is a performance and training platform. It is not a medical service and does not diagnose, treat or claim to improve any condition.
