Not medical advice. The exercises measure and train performance on the exercises themselves. They do not diagnose, treat or improve any medical condition, and eye exercises do not improve eyesight.
Flashing lights. Some exercises use flashing lights and fast-moving patterns. If you have photosensitive epilepsy, or a doctor has told you to avoid flashing lights, don't use those exercises. You can turn on "Reduce flashing" in any exercise's settings or on your Profile page.
Stop straight away if you feel dizzy, sick, strained, or have eye or wrist pain. Take regular breaks. Use the site at your own risk and within your own limits.
You must be 13 or older. If you are under the age of adulthood where you live, a parent or guardian should agree to these terms and to any purchase.
Results are measured in your browser and include display and input delay from your own device. They are for personal comparison over time, not a professional or clinical assessment, and are not guaranteed to be accurate on every device.
Neuro Lab is free and needs no account. The rest of the training needs an account and active free access. Access codes (for example our launch code) add free days to your account. Each code can be used once per account, codes can have an end date or a use limit, and we can end a code at any time; days already added stay. One account per person: making extra accounts to repeat free days is not allowed, and we may close accounts that do. Keep your password private. You can delete your account at any time from your Profile page.
Planned prices, in US dollars: $7.99 per month billed monthly; $6.99 per month billed every 6 months; $5.00 per month billed yearly. There is no lifetime plan.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and you keep Premium until the end of the period you have paid for. If you're not happy with your first payment, ask for a refund within 14 days of it and we'll give you your money back. Local consumer rights (for example, in the UK and EU) still apply in full.
Prices and features may change; if a price changes, we'll tell you before your next renewal.
Don't attempt to break, overload or copy the site, or use automated tools to fake results. The exercises, designs, text and code belong to Reflex & Focus.
